    1. Data Processing & Zero-Retention Policy

    Your trust is our priority. We enforce a strict Zero-Retention Policy for all user-uploaded files.

    • Ephemeral Processing: When you upload an .exe, it is processed entirely in ephemeral memory within a secure, headless container.
    • Immediate Deletion: The original .exe file is automatically and permanently purged from our system the moment the .intunewin package is generated or the packaging job fails.
    • No File Storage: We never store, archive, or analyze the contents of your uploaded software.

    2. Data Collected

    • Account Information: We collect your email address and basic account details to manage your subscription and job history.
    • Job Logs: We retain technical logs (e.g., success/failure status, error codes, application name) for troubleshooting purposes and to populate your dashboard.
    • Analytics: We use basic website analytics to understand platform usage. This data is anonymized and does not include any specific details about your uploaded files.

    3. Third-Party Services

    • Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
    • Supabase: Our database and backend infrastructure are hosted securely on Supabase.

    4. Cookies & Analytics

    We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g., page views, feature usage). This data is anonymized and aggregated.

    • Consent Required: Analytics cookies are only loaded after you explicitly accept cookies via our consent banner.
    • Opt-Out: You can decline cookies or clear your browser's local storage at any time to revoke consent.
    • No Tracking Pixels: We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other covert tracking techniques.
